For instance, our compressors have to tolerate extreme temperatures. Not only do the pumps have to function smoothly and pass drop tests at -40°C; they also must survive being roasted in a oven to 300°C. We also carry out tests to make sure the automatic motors have long operating lives, that the steel in our axles and bearings is durable, and our O-rings fall well within the desired ranges of hardness and elasticity.

But when it comes to product testing, our Tire Simulation Machine is in a class of it's own. By mounting a high-resolution camera on a piece of safety glass set into the rim of a tire, our test engineers can observe and analyze every movement of the sealant material while the tire is in use. This unique diagnostic tool gives us a literal window onto the perfomance of repair solutions under actual driving conditions
